About the Role

A Food Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel's financial success.

What will I be doing?

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Take guest food and beverage orders and input them into the point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to regulations.
• Keep the serving station well-stocked at all times.
