What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experiencedPrivate Event Sales Agentwho thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll work directly with venues to respond to event inquiries, craft proposals, and close sales. If you have a background in hospitality, catering, or event sales and a passion for creating memorable experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming private event leads
  • Develop and send tailored proposals based on client needs
  • Maintain and update booking calendars
  • Coordinate with venue teams on pricing, menus, and packages
  • Drive bookings through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Ensure a smooth hand-off from sales to event execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event sales, catering, and/or hospitality (5+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple leads and deadlines efficiently
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
