Private Family in Boca Raton, FL seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage day-to-day care, organization, and logistics of a 6,300 sq ft private residence. This role blends hands-on housekeeping with estate coordination, vendor oversight, and discreet family support.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently, with a strong sense of confidentiality. Travel to Puerto Rico may be required about once a month to prep the property for family

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a high-net-worth family or luxury residence.
• Hands-on duties plus estate coordination experience.
• Strong organization, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized private residence, including laundry.
• Coordinate and oversee household vendors and maintenance providers.
• Handle errands, stocking, and general estate organization.
• Assist with transportation and scheduling for children and activities.
• Provide light meal preparation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Travel occasionally to a secondary residence as required.
