Tiger Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper in Jupiter, Florida for a live-out, full-charge role at a private family residence. The position oversees daily housekeeping, provisioning, travel prep, and discreet support for the family, with high standards of organization and confidentiality.

Reporting to the Director of Residences, you will manage vendors, coordinate with service providers, and occasionally assist with family travel and pet care.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in private high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth residences.
• Strong attention to detail and care for luxury finishes, furnishings, and valuables.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized and discreet with confidential household matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily housekeeping and upkeep to an exceptional standard.
• Oversee kitchen operations, provisioning, pantry management, and food-safety standards.
• Coordinate access for vendors and service providers with discretion and security.
• Work with the Director of Residences on priorities, maintenance, and vendor schedules.
• Prepare residence for family travel, packing, organizing, and staging items for shipment.
• Provide travel support with the family and care for family dogs when needed.
• Proactively identify household needs and implement proactive solutions.
