Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA/CFA or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years relevant work experience (public and/or private).
• Knowledge of Private Equity and Private Debt valuations (market approach, DCF, etc.).
• Strong understanding of WACC, CAPM and valuation models.
• Solid grasp of equities markets and alternative asset management.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of quarterly valuation process for private equity, debt and GP stakes.
• Involvement in independent third-party valuation processes.
• Participation in external/internal audit reviews.
• Investor and regulatory reporting including disclosures for financial statements.
• Prepare and present to the valuation committee.
• Daily interaction with portfolio managers, Fund Accounting & Operations.
• Develop understanding of private equity markets and alternatives industry.
