Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience practicing law and/or writing about private equity legal matters.

• Monitor private equity developments and trends to identify strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to produce various content forms.
• Assist with award nominations and pitch proposals.
