AlpInvest Partners in New York City seeks a 2-Year Associate for its Secondaries & Portfolio Finance Investments team. You will model complex investments, evaluate NAV loans, and support transaction structuring for private equity portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of investment banking, private equity, or private credit experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed company-level financial analysis across industries.
• Build and maintain fund-level and credit-like cash flow models.
• Prepare due diligence materials and investment committee proposals.
• Lead due diligence meetings and manage stakeholder communications.
• Research and evaluate private equity structures such as restructurings and spin-outs.
