• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• At least 2 years in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
• Experience with due diligence and financial modeling.
• Ability to interact across seniority levels; strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a diverse range of private equity and credit opportunities.
• Perform advanced financial modeling including company-, fund-, and GP-level cash flow projections.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence and prepare detailed due diligence request lists.
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal committees.
• Develop independent views on investment opportunities using market research.
• Interface with general partners, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor performance of existing investments and attend advisory board/GP meetings.
• Support knowledge development through research and post-mortem reviews.
• Apply AI tools to streamline operations and decision-making.
