Job summary

FEG Investment Advisors is seeking a Senior Research Analyst (Private Equity) in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring private equity managers across buyout, growth, venture, secondaries and co-investment strategies.

You will develop relationships with investment managers, lead due diligence processes, and present recommendations to the Investment Committee and clients, while supporting market research and thought leadership on private markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CAIA or MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years in private equity, investment banking, consulting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of private markets and investment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, due diligence, recommendation and monitoring of PE managers.
• Prepare qualitative/quantitative analysis and present to Investment Committee.
• Manage relationships with investment managers and support portfolio construction.
• Produce research reports and contribute to investment philosophy and client education.
