Job summary

FEG Investment Advisors is seeking a Research Analyst - Real Assets in Cincinnati, hybrid. The role focuses on investment manager due diligence, education, and support, including analysis of markets and external managers.

You will assist in selecting and monitoring investment managers and contribute to research reports and memos. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience; CFA progress is preferred.

About the Role / Position Summary

The Research Analyst is responsible for investment manager due diligence, education and support, as well as the analysis of designated markets. You will also assist in selecting, evaluating, and monitoring external investment managers.

What You’ll Do / Position Responsibilities
Manager Research, Due Diligence & Monitoring
  • Conduct investment manager due diligence in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Participate actively in manager meetings and assess those managers for investment.
  • Support advisors and respond to internal requests.
  • Maintain research databases, models, and internal systems.
Asset Class Research and Content Development
  • Analyze market trends and contribute to asset class commentary.
  • Begin developing asset class expertise.
  • Produce sections of research reports, memos, presentations, and research publications.
What We Require / Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, progress toward CFA or similar designation preferred.
  • 1-3 years of work experience.

  • Experienced in AI, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Investment Systems (e.g., FactSet, Bloomberg).
