Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis on finance or related field.
• Commitment of one or two semesters with 40 hours/week in Cincinnati office.
• Broad understanding of investment strategies and industry.
• Strong analytical and verbal and written communication skills; integrity and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; FactSet knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide ad-hoc research and support to asset class sector teams, portfolio management, and research directors.
• Attend and support weekly research meetings; prepare summary notes and analyses of managers and investment strategies.
• Assist in maintaining the internal manager database and managing information.
• Prepare and edit monthly and quarterly research summaries and overview reports.
• Contribute to research publications and various reports.
