You will lead due diligence, produce manager research and investment recommendations, and present at internal and external meetings. The role requires CFA/CAIA progress and 5–10 years of investment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with investment experience.
• 5–10 years of investment-related experience.
• Completion of or progress towards CFA or CAIA.
• Knowledge of the private equity industry and managers.
• Strong client service experience and ability to present information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite private equity funds and conduct extensive due diligence on buyout, mezzanine, venture capital, and related sectors.
• Write reports on investment managers for internal and client use.
• Present research and due diligence findings at meetings.
• Attend weekly Investment Committee meetings.
• Represent Marquette at investment conferences and annual meetings.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analysis to support original Marquette research.
• Analyze market factors influencing asset classes.
• Serve as a resource for consultants.
