Job summary

Marquette Associates is seeking an Investment Associate to support the client and research teams in Chicago. You will collect data, perform performance reporting, and assist in manager searches and data analyses for client deliverables.

The role involves processing statements, reconciling performance, and producing materials for investment committee discussions, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Commitment to client service excellence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Team with monthly and quarterly investment performance reporting and client support.
• Reconcile performance and collect market values/cash flows from managers and custodians.
• Analyze market trends across asset classes (equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds, private equity).
• Support Research Team by collecting data from eVestment, Bloomberg, Morningstar and FactSet.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables, charts, and education materials; take meeting minutes for investment committee meetings.
