Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned leader to architect and scale its Private Equity & Growth Investor Partnerships. You will own relationships with top PE and Growth investor firms, embed ElevenLabs into their Value Creation programs, and drive AI adoption across portfolio companies.

Operate at the intersection of PE, Growth Investors, and enterprise AI, partnering with Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, and the Sales org to source, accelerate, and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software.
• Experience working with PE firms, Growth Investors, Operating Partners, or PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Track record of building strategic partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and investment professionals.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders, and investment professionals across leading PE & Growth investor firms.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, joint GTM plans, referral models, and enterprise value programs.
• Become the trusted AI partner for PE firms looking to accelerate value creation across their portfolio.
