Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source, underwrite, and build lasting partnerships with exceptional managers.
• Evaluate managers using a framework of investment skill, organizational quality and alignment.
• Act as capital allocator and contribute to portfolio strategy and execution.
• Mentor and develop investment team members and improve underwriting and IC communication.
