A Boston-based Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Private Equity Associate to join its Corporate M&A practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated M&A and private equity deals and a clear path toward partnership.

The successful candidate will have 3–4 years of private equity and M&A experience, be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, and work on a national platform with a collaborative team and hybrid in-office schedule.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of M&A and private equity transactional experience.
• Admitted or eligible for Massachusetts Bar.
• Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
