You will advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, family offices, and strategic clients on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.

This hybrid role requires about three days per week in the Boston office, with significant client interaction and hands-on responsibility from the start,

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of mergers and acquisitions and private equity experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or eligibility for admission.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team.

Aufgaben

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Conduct and manage legal due diligence.
• Structure and execute complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Advise on governance, strategy, and post-closing integration.
• Coordinate workstreams with clients, counsel, lenders, and advisers.
• Manage timelines, checklists, and closing deliverables.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, employment, IP, and regulatory lawyers.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders with business-focused advice.
• Handle multiple transactions with precision and speed.
• Stay current on corporate law and market trends.
