The role is hybrid, requiring approximately three days per week in the Boston office, with a compensation range of $260,000 - $310,000 annually plus a performance-based bonus. This position offers exposure to sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or eligibility for admission.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Experience representing sponsors, portfolio companies, or strategic clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a broad range of M&A and private equity transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents such as purchase and merger agreements.
• Conduct and manage legal due diligence for acquisitions and restructurings.
• Assist in structuring and executing complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Advise on corporate governance, transaction strategy, and post-closing integration.
