Qualifications

• Experience running high-profile M&A or PE transactions.
• 3–6 years at a leading corporate law firm.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence with precision.
• Assist/manage complex PE transactions from inception to closing with strong judgment.
• Build and maintain internal and external client relationships with timely updates and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business professionals to develop transaction strategies.
