The role involves drafting templates and precedents, monitoring legal developments, and coordinating training and content with education and marketing teams. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in US PE transactional work and strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of US PE corporate/transactional practice.
• Licensed attorney with strong drafting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with M&A, portfolio management, and equity compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&A/PE data and input with knowledge management team.
• Draft and manage templates and precedents for the PE group.
• Monitor legal developments and prepare summaries and alerts.
• Develop and maintain the internal PE group practice page.
• Coordinate with the legal education team for associate training content.
• Collaborate with marketing on PE promotion and content creation.
• Work with quantitative analysts on PE fund transactions.
• Assist attorneys with requests for precedents and templates.
• Participate in resource and practice innovation projects.
