Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Private Equity Associate for its New York, NY office to advise strategic buyers, sellers and PE firms on complex M&A matters in a fast‑moving market.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of high‑profile M&A or PE experience, superb academic credentials, and outstanding oral and written communication, research, and negotiation skills. JD from an accredited law school and NY admission are preferred requirements.
