Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Reston, VA is seeking a Private Equity Resource Attorney to support the Private Equity practice by improving efficiency and knowledge management, without direct client billing responsibilities.

The role involves managing M&A/PE data with the knowledge management team, drafting and managing templates and precedents, monitoring legal developments, and developing the internal PE practice page. Collaboration with education, marketing, and analytics teams is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 7+ years in US private equity corporate/transactional practice.
• Familiarity with private equity, M&A, and related regulatory issues.
• Experience with partnership-based equity compensation and tax issues.
• Knowledge of M&A acquisition financing and financial transactions.
