BCG Attorney Search seeks a Private Equity Resource Attorney in Santa Monica, CA. The role focuses on internal knowledge management, templates, and PE practice support rather than direct client engagement.

The attorney will manage M&A/PE data, draft precedents, monitor regulatory developments, and collaborate with education, marketing, and analytics teams to enhance firm-wide efficiency and knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 7+ years in US PE corporate/transactional practice.
• Familiarity with private equity, M&A, and related regulatory issues.
• Experience with partnership-based equity compensation and tax issues.
• Knowledge of M&A acquisition financing and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage PE data and input with the knowledge management team.
• Draft and manage template documents and precedents for the PE group.
• Monitor legal developments and prepare updates for the PE practice.
• Develop and maintain the internal practice page for the PE group.
• Coordinate with the education team for associate training content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on PE promotion and content creation.
• Work with the quantitative analyst group on PE-specific matters.
• Assist with attorney requests for precedents and templates.
• Participate in resource and practice innovation projects.
