State Street Corporation, Boston, MA, seeks a Private Equity NAV professional to supervise staff and manage financial work papers, statements, and audits. You will coordinate client relations with investment professionals, auditors, and lawyers, ensuring timely delivery of complex fee calculations and capital allocations.

The role requires 5–6 years in private equity, strong leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure in a high‑stakes environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–6 years of Private Equity experience.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations desired.
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure deadline driven environment.
• CPA qualification is favorable but not required.
• Experience with Investran or Geneva favorable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff (Associate 1, Associate 2, Senior Associate).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Manage client relationships & liaise with client personnel daily.
• Maintain relationships with investment professionals, investors, auditors, lawyers, and banking personnel.
• Review quarterly/annual financial work papers incl. portfolios, accruals, and partner capital allocations.
• Review quarterly/annual financial statements and footnotes; coordinate audits.
• Review and/or prepare complex fee calculations, management fees, waterfall, and capital allocations.
