Schroders Capital in New York is seeking a Private Equity Fund Controller for a five-month temporary assignment. You will join the Fund Operations and Services team responsible for compiling, analyzing and validating investment and investor transactions and for producing quarterly and annual financial statements.

The role reports to the Head of Fund Management in New York and involves managing six to eight private equity funds, interfacing with investment companies, fund managers and investors,

Competenze

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 2–6 years in Private Equity, Accounting or Finance.
• CPA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in accounting and US GAAP reporting.
• Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Experience with eFront is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage six to eight private equity funds.
• Interface with investment companies, fund managers and investors.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements per US GAAP.
• Process investment reports for client reporting.
• Point of contact for product line structure and content.
• Manage multiple projects and duties.
• Analyze portfolio company information for valuation accuracy.
• Onboard new clients and investments; respond to inquiries.
