Job summary

Standish Management, LLC seeks a Fund Controller to lead financial reporting and administration for private equity clients, including capital calls, distributions, and allocations. You will oversee fund accounting, capital accounts, and SBA regulatory oversight in collaboration with the Engagement Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• Experience preparing or reviewing fund financial statements under US GAAP.
• Ability to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and administration operations for clients.
• Oversee fund accounting, capital account maintenance, and SBA regulatory oversight.
• Supervise audit and tax preparation processes.
• Assist with capital calls, distributions and allocations to investors.
• Manage portfolio company financings and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare quarterly reports for Limited Partners.
• Maintain investor information in third party systems.
