Job summary

State Street in Berwyn, PA seeks a Fund Accounting & Administration Officer to oversee private equity fund accounting activities. You will supervise staff, manage workflows and deadlines, and maintain strong client relationships across all contacts.

You will review quarterly financial work papers, statements, and footnotes, coordinate audits, and prepare complex fee calculations. Investran experience is preferred. Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5–6 years PE experience are desired.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of Private Equity experience or equivalent.
• Experience with alternative investments, complex fund structures, and fee calculations.
• Thrives in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (Associate 1, Associate 2, Senior Associate).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Maintain client relationships and liaise with client personnel daily.
• Review quarterly/annual financial work papers, schedules, accruals, partnerships allocations.
• Review financial statements, footnotes, and coordinate annual audits.
• Review and/or prepare complex fee calculations and capital allocations.
