LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a growing Private Equity company in Dallas, TX to hire a detail-oriented Fund Accountant. You will manage fund financial activities, ensure timely reporting, and support financial operations with strong accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of fund accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and a proven ability to reconcile ledgers, prepare statements, and analyze fund performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2-3 years of experience in tax or fund accounting.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for the investment funds.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and review fund transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund documents.
• Perform fund-level expense allocations and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and distribute investor statements and reports.
• Calculate fund performance metrics and provide analysis to stakeholders.
• Monitor investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
• Assist in the coordination of fund audits and tax compliance.
• Prepare and review fund-level compliance reports, including regulatory filings and investor reporting requirements.
