LHH is seeking a Fund Accountant / Analyst for a growing private equity real estate investment client in Charlotte, NC. The role sits in a hybrid office (4 days in office, Fridays at home) and focuses on fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting across investment entities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 3–6 years of accounting experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and Advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Ideally 3-6 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fund accounting and financial reporting for investment entities
• Prepare account reconciliations and financial analyses
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
• Help prepare financial statements and support audits
• Partner with finance, operations, and investor relations teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting
