Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or private equity.
• Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual close processes for multiple private equity funds.
• Prepare and review capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
• Assist with NAV calculations and financial reporting packages.
• Maintain investor records and support LP reporting requests.
• Work closely with fund administrators, auditors, and internal teams.
• Assist with cash management, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
