Job summary

Global Private Equity Investment Fund in NYC seeks a finance professional to build out financial operations, accounting, valuation, corporate finance and financial reporting. Reporting to CFO, you will collaborate with Tax, third-party service providers, and the Deal Team to drive accurate reporting, investor communications and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting/audit focusing on Private Equity Funds, Big 4 experience preferred.

• Assist with distribution of investor allocations, waterfall calculations, carried interest/incentive fees
• Communicate with JV Partners, Investors, Outside Service Providers, and Banks

• Discuss Quarterly Property Performance
• Compile Financial Transactions info to complete Investor K-1s and Entity tax filings

Our client is Global Private Equity Investment Fund located in NYC area currently seeking to add a new professional to join their growing Finance Team. Ideal individual will be responsible for building out Financial Analysis, Accounting, Valuation, Corporate Finance and Financial Reporting.

This opportunity will report to CFO working with a Tax, 3rd Party Service Providers, and asset management/Deal Team - ton's exposure and excellent opportunity for advancement.
