Job summary

Actionist Consulting in Los Angeles is seeking a Private Equity Engagement Manager to lead a team of Associates and Analysts, supporting private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Qualifications

2–4 years work experience at a leading consultancy with team management on investor-facing engagements.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for quality and insights.
Expertise in developing and delivering client presentations/communications.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prepare research, valuations, and data analysis to support investment theses.
Ability to lead teams across multiple functions and mentor Associates.

Responsibilities

Manage teams that support clients with pre-investment due diligences and portfolio work.
Oversee primary and secondary research to gather information and assess investment theses.
Lead data analysis, build financial models, and synthesize findings to inform strategies.
Advise and present insights to deal teams and executives at portfolio companies.
Implement recommendations with internal/external team members.
Manage and mentor Associates.
