• Strong track record of structured problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated excellence in executive communication, PowerPoint page-building, and presentation development.
• Experience in diligence, transformation, or process management; ability to track initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structure and solve complex business problems using consulting-style frameworks.
• Support strategic diligence on market opportunities, competitors, and growth tied to private equity or financial sponsor activity.
• Create high-quality executive materials including presentations and leadership write-ups.
• Drive process management of strategic initiatives: track workstreams and ensure delivery of milestones.
• Analyze industry and firm performance data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with leadership to advance transformation and operational improvement efforts across the organization.
