HedgeServ Corporation, a global fund administrator, seeks a Private Equity Director to lead the closed-end fund accounting team, ensuring NAV accuracy and timely reporting across PE clients.

You will drive client relationships, supervise up to 10 accounting professionals, and contribute to the development of scalable workflows, controls, and service delivery in a dynamic asset management environment.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience in hedge fund administration or private equity fund services.
• Accounting/Finance background with a related degree.
• Pursuing professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) optional but advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team; strong client focus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Private Equity team (up to 10 staff).
• Manage NAV calculations and financial statement preparation.
• Handle capital calls and distribution processing.
• Oversee audit process and client onboarding/review workflows.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; ensure control environment.
