Job summary

HedgeServ, a global hedge fund administrator, is expanding its Private Equity closed-end funds team in the Dallas area. You will lead NAV calculations, oversee client relationships, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting across complex structures.

We seek a senior professional with 10+ years in hedge fund administration, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage a team of up to 10.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hedge fund administration or private equity fund accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good people manager with ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and able to work effectively in team or independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client focus.
• Investran experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the closed-end fund accounting process and NAV calculations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with HedgeServ associates and Managing Directors.
• Oversee a team of up to 10 employees and ensure timely delivery of financial statements.
• Coordinate audits and onboarding/transitions for funds.
• Improve workflows and processes to meet evolving client needs.
