Los Angeles-based private equity firm CarterPierce, INC. seeks a candidate to run weekly high-volume outbound campaigns to private company owners across phone, email, LinkedIn, and direct mail.

You will build target company lists by industry and geography to support platform add-ons and new theses, qualify owner conversations, and co-lead early-stage discussions with the deal team. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 1+ years of experience in buyside advisory, investment banking or business brokerage, direct PE origination, M&A-adjacent sales or business development, or corporate development.
• Genuine enthusiasm for proprietary outreach and deal origination; comfortable on the phone with business owners.
• Self-starter who wants a hands-on role at a small firm with direct exposure to Partners and portfolio company CEOs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and disciplined about follow-up and calendar management.
