A growing middle-market private equity firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its investment team in Los Angeles. The firm is industry agnostic and takes a hands‑on, operational approach to investing, with experience across corporate carve‑outs, founder‑and family‑owned businesses, special situations, restructurings, and traditional buyouts.

The Senior Associate will play an active role across the full investment lifecycle, including evaluating new opportunities, executing transactions, conducting financial analysis and underwriting, and working with portfolio company management teams. The lean team structure provides significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities and support transaction execution
