Job summary

Blueprint Recruiting LLC is seeking an Associate for a leading private equity firm in NYC. You will assist the investment team in due diligence on private equity funds and managers, and review complex financial reports throughout the deal lifecycle.

You should have 1–4 years in M&A investment banking or leveraged finance, or 1–2 years in PE investments/advisory, with strong analytical skills and a passion for evaluating investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in M&A investment banking and/or leveraged finance.
• Or 1-2 years of PE investments / PE advisory work.
• Experience assisting due diligence on private equity funds and managers.
• Ability to review annual and quarterly reports and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the investment team in conducting due diligence on various private equity funds and managers
• Review annual and quarterly reports and financial statements of LBO/venture/energy/mezzanine funds
