You will engage in live transactions, financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management in a lean team environment.

You will gain significant responsibility and hands-on exposure across the entire investment process while collaborating with senior investment professionals to drive growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Private Equity experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, market analysis, and financial modeling to support the investment process.
• Support due diligence, coordinate with external advisors, and prepare investment committee materials.
• Build and refine operating models, valuation frameworks, and return analyses.
• Partner with portfolio company leadership on performance tracking and value-creation projects.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture aligned with the firm's growth-oriented investment philosophy.
