Job description

We are working with a vertically integrated REPE firm that owns, acquires, and develops large-scale properties throughout the US, across product types, and is looking to add an Associate to the team. This is a comprehensive/wide-breadth role that will lean heavier on investments, but also cover aspects of asset management, capital markets, and development.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of current RE experience with either a leading investment bank, or REPE firm
• Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Economics, or similar from top-tier university
• Experience working across product types
• Polished, and highly analytical, with the ability to both present in front of the executive team, perform complex financial analysis/modeling
