Job summary

The Legacy Senior Communities in Plano, TX seeks a supervisory CNA to support client admissions, annual re-evaluations, and caregiver training. You will travel to client homes and assist with scheduling under the PAS Director to ensure quality care and policy adherence.

You will lead peer-to-peer training, help with HR compliance tasks, and document visits and training activities as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Texas CNA license highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists with client admissions and yearly re-evaluations.
• Provides caregiver peer-to-peer training and orientation.
• Travels to multiple client homes daily.
• Handles scheduling and HR compliance tasks.
• Documents training, orientation, complaints, and visits.
• Works with PAS Director to ensure policy understanding and caregiver education.
