We are hiring RNs to work with patients in their homes in the Orlando, FL area. We currently have overnight hours with weekly pay, benefits (for those who qualify), and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in Home and Community Based Services provides and directs nursing and personal care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program, complying with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. The RN coordinates the care plan with other healthcare professionals and helps maintain continuity of care by planning and exchanging information with physicians, agency staff, patients, families, case managers, and community resources.

Education and Experience

Provides high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards, in accordance with the care plan and in coordination with the care team from admission to discharge.

Completes clinical nursing assessments as required by federal and/or state program requirements and payer policies.

Ensures the patient's eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by the payer and agency policies.

Develops and revises individualized care and service plans according to federal and/or state requirements with other community providers.

Ensures that the plan of care's frequency and duration meet the patient's needs and revises it as needed with physician approval.

Experience and License Requirements

A minimum of one year experience as an RN; PEDS experience preferred.

Must have current RN licensure in the practicing state.

Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation, and current CPR certification are required.
