Job summary

Boston Nursing Care & Consulting Inc is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Private Duty in-home care in the Greater Boston Area. This role offers flexible shifts and pay starting at $50 per hour for one-on-one patient care in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted Massachusetts RN license, have at least 1 year of nursing experience, and current CPR/BLS certification. ACLS/PALS is preferred for certain cases. Join a supportive team with on-call clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (unrestricted).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (pediatrics, adult, or critical care a plus).
• Current CPR certification (BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred for certain cases).
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and communication skills.
• Previous home health or private duty experience preferred, but not required.
