Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (unrestricted).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (pediatrics, adult, or critical care a plus).
• Current CPR certification (BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred for certain cases).
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and communication skills.
• Previous home health or private duty experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care.
• Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to support patient goals.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
