Job summary
Boston Nursing Care & Consulting Inc is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Private Duty in-home care in the Greater Boston Area. This role offers flexible shifts and pay starting at $50 per hour for one-on-one patient care in clients' homes.
Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted Massachusetts RN license, have at least 1 year of nursing experience, and current CPR/BLS certification. ACLS/PALS is preferred for certain cases. Join a supportive team with on-call clinical support.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license (unrestricted).
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (pediatrics, adult, or critical care a plus).
- Current CPR certification (BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred for certain cases).
- Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and communication skills.
- Previous home health or private duty experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care.
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
- Collaborate with families and the care team to support patient goals.
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide compassionate support and advocacy for patients and families.
