Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN for in-home, patient-centered nursing care. Join a team delivering one-on-one services across schedules including day, evening, and overnight shifts with dedicated local support.

You will provide direct patient care in the home, monitor conditions, administer treatments, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
