Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to provide direct home-based nursing care, one patient at a time, in the Tampa Bay area. You will join a dedicated team delivering consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and meaningful impact for patients and families.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN roles with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Competitive pay of $28–$33 per hour, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in home health or pediatric/adult care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans and document care.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members.
