Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct, in-home 1:1 nursing care, delivering compassionate, patient-centered services to individuals in their own homes.

You will manage medications, monitor patient status, and document care while coordinating with the broader healthcare team; flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Formación

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.

Requirements

Required:
