Maxim Healthcare in Fort Myers is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 home nursing care. You will care for one patient at a time, with stable hours and a manageable pace, in patients' homes.

Formación

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
