Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home patient care in Ellwood City. The role offers flexible scheduling including nights, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN. You will work with a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes and use electronic documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component). Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Document care using Aveanna tablet and electronic records.
• Collaborate with clinicians and families to achieve positive outcomes.
